Southern political activist/organizer living in a very Red State in the Heart of Dixie. Posting articles & analysis relating to progressive values & goals, elections, Don Siegelman (Alabama's only progressive governor in modern times, now sitting in federal prison courtesy of Karl Rove & cronies) and hot political/social issues of the day.
Be patient with me. I haven't blogged in years ... and then it was basically limited to matters of the heart.
